Service Description. This Site describes Swedish Massage, Mobile Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki Healing, Sound Healing, In Home Massage, Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner provided by Loving Essence Therapies. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Loving Essence Therapies or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Loving Essence Therapies may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loving Essence Therapies's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Loving Essence Therapies in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loving Essence Therapies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
